Sort of. Maybe this is actually turning a box into a book? Well, either way it’s a pretty cool craft. You can find the details in a post called “Rereading?: Using books in crafts” at http://neitherbignortall.com/2009/01/07/rereading-using-books-in-crafts/. You can usually buy plain wooden boxes at the Michaels craft store, so it would be really easy to pick up some books at the Friends of the Orland Library book sale (going on this week at Parish Hall) and decoupage the pages onto a box. Planning to try this craft? Leave us a comment.
