Last week we had our Kick-Off Party for the Summer Library Program, with an animal game, songs, story, and craft. Here is the line-up for the rest of June and July. All events are on Thursday at 3:00 p.m., except the one on July 21.
June 16: Let’s Go Walkabout: Stories from Australia, with a presentation by the Williams Family.
June 23: Beaks, Feet, and Feathers, with Ranger Lora Haller of the Sacramento Wildlife Refuge.
June 30: Bingo Party & Book Swap: Learn about world landmarks and bring some books to trade.
July 7: Tanabata Festival: Visit Japan for a summertime festival with stories and a craft.
July 14: Puppet Show: “Book, Book, Book!” What are barnyard animals doing in the library?!
July 21: Wild Things, Inc. 11 a.m. Real live wild animals in Library Park!
July 28: Round the World Fun and Games
