Dust off your wizard hat! Brush up your furry feet! Teens and tweens (ages 11-17) can come to the library and celebrate the prequel to J.R.R.Tolkien’s famous Lord of the Rings trilogy the day before it debuts in theaters.
The Orland Free Library will host The Hobbit: An Unexpected Party on Thursday, December 13, 2012 from 5:00 to 6:30 in the Library. Teens and tweens ages 11 to 17 are invited to come and join in some hobbit games and enjoy hobbit food.
No need to register. Costumes are optional. Party fun will consist of riddle games, Hobbit activities, prizes and refreshments. For more information call the Orland Free Library at 865-1640.
