Did you know that the Orland Free Library has a meeting room that is available for free use by the public?
Thanks to the Friends of the Orland Free Library fundraisers and City of Orland library impact fees a library addition was built several years ago that included a great space that is used for all kinds of interesting and educational activities for kids and adults.
Classes and tutoring, author talks, children’s programs and puppet shows have all been offered in the community room. Local groups and clubs are also welcome to utilize the room.
Two glass double doors lead from the room to a patio area so the outdoors park space can also be enjoyed while using the room.
Please see the policy for room use if you are interested in reserving the space.
