Join Literacy Leader Dawn and Librarian Nancy for stories, free books, crafts, snacks and fun at the Families for Literacy program. FFL is a 6-week program for parents and children who want to improve and encourage reading and literacy skills. It is especially aimed at the families of literacy learners who are involved in the adult literacy program, but it is open to all.
FFL will take place at the Orland Library beginning Tuesday, October 11 at 3 p.m. Kids get to listen to good books, join in songs and interactive fun, and do a craft. They also get free books to take home.
Please join us for this fun after-school activity and stimulate your child’s reading. See you at FFL!
