These critters had a good time after hours at the library last year at the Stuffed Animal Sleepover Party. They had so much fun that they are ready to do it again this year. The Summer Reading Program starts next week, and to kick it off these critters will be having another sleepover party at the Library.
Bring your own stuffed animal with you on Thursday, June 13, at 6 p.m. to enjoy a puppet show, songs, and a craft. Then leave your plush pal to spend the night at the library! We’ll tuck in our stuffed animal friends with a nice comfy quilt, say goodnight, and then leave them to sleep over at the library.
Come back the next day to pick up your pal and a photo of what they did overnight. Does your stuffed animal like to read books, play board games, do puzzles, or go on the computer? Find out when you pick him up!
Toys will be tagged with their owner’s names. Parents, please do not leave an animal that your child cannot sleep without. Once the animals are locked in for the night, they can’t go home until morning.
And don’t forget to sign up for the Summer Reading Program and check out some yummy books. Reading is so delicious!
