Want to be a decision maker at the Orland Free Library?

You can help to choose and plan activities for young adults ages 13 to 18. The library has a Teen Council that plans activities like our recent Pumpkin Carving Contest, Movie Afternoon, and Christmas Tree Raffle. The Teen Council is looking for more members to plan programs for 2012.

What kind of activities would YOU like to see at the library?ย  Would you like to help pick new books and new furniture for the Young Adult area? Contact library staff members Nancy Leek or Lisa Chaffin and let us know about your interests.

The next Teen Council meeting is Thursday, January 5th at 3:30. All teens are welcome. Join the team and help make the Orland Library the kind of place you want to be.
